I.W.A. RULES
1. Have fun!! Please note that this is a game based on collaborative writing with a touch of competitiveness and should be treated as such. While effort is most important and laziness is not tolerated, this should also serve as a fun time and not drive you mad or bring you dread.
2. Drama of any sort will not be tolerated. Out of character attacks in a roleplay will result in automatic termination, no exceptions. If you do have an issue with someone, please resolve it outside of the fed in a respectful manner. At the end of the day, we're all people with feelings that matter.
3. Upon being approved to join the roster, you must roleplay. Of course it's understood that life happens but failure to roleplay without any notification will result in the jobbing of your character. Failure to do so two weeks in a row without explanation will result in termination. If a life event does cause you to be unable to roleplay, let the staff know and something can be worked out so that when you're ready to return, a story will be set up.
4. Roleplays must be at least 12 lines long in order to count for your match in our full length division for the Mundus Championship. The word limit for our micro division for the Lucidus Championship is 2,000 words. You may compete in both divisions, but must abide by the rules for both. Please send me a message or make a note on your application if you wish to compete in a specific division.
5. The limit for weekly Mayhem shows is four (4) roleplays per character in our full length division. Lucidus division matches have a one (1) roleplay limit, with championship matches having a limit of two (2) roleplays per character. Exceeding this limit will not gain extra points, and remember that quality is valued over quantity. The limit for pay-per-views is eight (8) roleplays per character. You may only roleplay twice within the last 24 hours, and once within the last 2 hours. Once the deadline passes, no further roleplays done will be counted towards the show, no exceptions.
6. The limit for characters is four (4) per handler, with one additional slot allowed for a manager.
7. The limit for picture base usage is one (1) per character. The only exception to this rule is if one character has a created wrestler and another a real one but this is strictly limited to one. So for example there can be a Justin Richards and a Jon Moxley, but not Justin Richards, Jon Moxley and Dean Ambrose. If any questions should arise, send a message privately.
8. Use of pictures is acceptable but please keep the size conservative as majority of the time, roleplays will be read on a mobile device.
9. Segments are heavily encouraged for I.W.A. shows and will be awarded with an additional point going toward the grading for the match. Roleplays are judged on a 1-10 point scale with more than one source used for the grading, in order to bring about the fairest decision. All results are final.
10. Following the initial establishment of the roster, any new person or character that is brought in will start at the bottom of the ladder. There is no favoritism in the I.W.A. no matter who you are to the staff outside of the fed.
Once again, if you have any questions or concerns at any time, please send a private message or e-mail which will be answered as soon as possible. However I do need to stress that constant pestering will not be tolerated because outside of this I do have a life too, and nobody wants to agitate an on-edge housewife. Thank you for taking the time to check I.W.A. out and welcome!!
